Mark Anthony Gacutan, a seasoned DJ, has been immersed in the world of dance music since his youth. Initially drawn to the fast-paced beats of hardstyle, he drew inspiration from artists like Showtek, Headhunterz, Darren Styles, and others.

As he matured, his musical preferences shifted towards bass-heavy tracks that resonated deeply within his bedroom walls. His passion for dubstep and DnB flourished under the influence of Skrillex, Excision, Liquid Stranger, and Pendulum.

In 2015, Mark Anthony and his twin brother, Mark Gil, embarked on a journey to purchase their first DJ controller. This marked the formation of the nonconformist bass duo, MGMA. Renowned for their electrifying sets, MGMA’s music seamlessly blends dubstep, drum and bass, midtempo, house, and hard techno, creating an eclectic and high-energy experience for their audience.

As veterans of Downtown Las Vegas’s vibrant dance scene, MGMA has secured residencies at multiple venues, captivating audiences with their unique sound and captivating stage presence. They have shared the stage with renowned acts such as Rezz, RIOT, DirtySnatcha, Peekaboo, HOL!, Moksi, and more, showcasing their versatility and skill.

Building upon his bass-fueled campaign, Mark Anthony Gacutan introduces a groundbreaking house experiment called HOUSE OF M.A.

HOUSE OF M.A. embodies the essence of house music, disco, and all that is four on the floor. As a prime selector in the space, his sole objective is to reignite the dance floor’s passion for proper beats.

Beyond his musical endeavors, Mark Anthony possesses a degree in Hospitality Management – Event Design and Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He currently works as a production technician and operator, further enriching his diverse skill set.
